If the jewelry you bought from us happens to break, send it back to us and we will either fix it or make you a new item if it is beyond repair. 
 
Accidents happen and things break from time to time. Jewelry is small and delicate and can be an unfortunate victim of accidents. Everything in our shop is handmade by us and might have slight imperfections. 
 
Important information: This listing is for the service of repairing your existing jewelry or making you new jewelry because it has been broken or damaged beyond repair. 
 
-We will either need you to send us photos of your broken jewelry or it will need to be shipped back to us. Please don't purchase this service if you are unable to do either of those tasks.
 
-Exception: Earrings, If only one of your earrings is broken, we will make you a single replacement earring, not a new set.
 
-You will be responsible for all shipping costs.
